Anthony Valdez is a Southern California based background painter. He studied Entertainment Design at Mt. San Antonio College and has taken workshops with: Frans Kusuma, Ron Husband, Dean White, & Angela Sung. Prior to finding his passion for painting, he attended the University of La Verne as a theatre arts major with an emphasis in directing.

In his free time he enjoys plein air painting, and is constantly involved in creating art. He also enjoys spending time with his fiancée Glennon and his dog Stanley.
